Tonight was the glorious Night of College, where we students go to college recruiters and find out whether our futures will be shining examples of success or horrible piles of fecal matter.
Well, sir/madam, tonight was the Snub Night, where we, the students snub friends or get snubbed by others.
I did Mr. Rodriguez when I passed by, heard his "Hi Eddie," and I just kept on walking. I would have turned around, but as we were performing and our director was already pissed off at us, I dare not fraternize lest I get yelled at.
I didn't snub anyone else... but I got snubbed myself.

As I traversed the huge crowd of people walking around, I saw my friend. I placed a packet from Texas Tech in her face to get HER attention. She looked at me and she said, "No, no" and she walked away with two friends in tow. I stopped Ana and I asked her, "What's wrong, why is she mad at me?"
She shrugged HER shoulders and as I saw her turn back with the look (it applies to all women who are angry with me) and I let Ana go, lest she be punished for my impudence towards HER (in what way I am unsure).
But actually, College Night actually turned out to be a good success for me.
UTA, here I come!*
* Note: I know they offer great engineering programs....
so if you-know-who reads this... I know. I know. :)
