Phonograph

As mentioned in Garages, Mike, Cynthia, her mom, and me had gone to yard sales this past Saturday.

At an estate sale, I had found a phonograph (a.k.a. gramophone or record player) in the corner of the living room.

Note: Very long post ahead

One simple pleasure that I've always loved was going to yard sales (garage sales).

They're always so interesting, you know? People selling off whatever they don't need, and you can get something relatively cheap that would otherwise cost very much new. I don't mind having used things, as long as they look nice and run great.

Valentine's Night

Coarse language ahead

Oh Valentine's Day.

For people who have significant others, it's day where you get together and do god-awful things, like snuggling or taking screenshots of your seven-hundred-mile FaceTime conversation. Go kill yourselves.

For single people, and/or for those who don't give a shit, it's just another Thursday. And that's what it was to me. I was actually helping my brother on a school project where he had to make a diagram where the layers of the Earth were pointed-out.

UP XXI

The partisanship that goes down in this country is a bit irritating.

Carded

Last week, as I mentioned in Night Activities, I was taken out to dinner by a couple friend of mine, Cynthia and Michael. They treated to a buffet restaurant, and they introduced me to sushi, which actually isn't that bad. The fish was great, and the rice wrap, excellent.

Chaos in Austin Eddie II

A month ago, I subscribed to site. Easy. Done. I paid, I consumed, I fedback, daddy liked. And since I had only planned on a month, I decided I would cancel the day before. Unfortunately, I consumed and forgot.

ESF Comic: The Book

Now, I'm a guy that takes everything to the next level. Most times, that's a level of inappropriateness. I need excitement, I that's what floats my boat. Right down the goddamn mighty Mississippi.

Night Activities

Earlier this week, I was invited to dinner by a couple friend of mine-- Cynthia and Michael. I've known Michael since my junior English class and Cynthia I met in my senior Econ class. That class was eggcelent!

Two weeks ago, after retrieving some phone numbers from my old cellphone, I started send text messages from new phone to them. I started with my friend Ivan, worked my way to Alyssa, and finally to the happy couple above.
